If you are not completely satisfied with your new diamond purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your order, or seven days from receipt of the diamond (whichever is the longer).

You will be given 100% of your money back, providing you follow the instructions below:

The diamond must be returned to us, in the same condition as it left, in it’s original box and with all original accompanying paperwork.

After we have verified that this is the original diamond, we will give you a full refund using the same payment method which you originally paid for the diamond.

All we would ask is, out of courtesy, that if you bought your item via eBay, you still give us feedback, even if you decide it is not the right diamond for you.

Of course if it isn’t the perfect diamond then don’t forget, we’re more than happy to continue to look for your perfect diamond for you.
