UK Payment & Shipping Options
We accept the following payment methods for UK orders:
- Personal Cheque
- Bankers Draft
- Building Society Cheque
- Postal Order
- Cash, in person.
We do not recommend sending cash in the post, but if it is your
only option, you can by Royal Mail Special Delivery, please make
sure it is fully insured.
- BACS Transfer (takes around 3 days to clear)
- CHAPS Transfer (clears the same day as funds are transfered)
- PayPal to confirmed addresses only, unless additional proof
of address is received.
This must be an original utility bill, credit card statement or
bank statement showing the same address as the PayPal address.
- All major credit and debit cards, including Switch, Solo and
Electron.
Goods will only be shipped to cardholders confirmed address.
We ship within the UK using the following methods:
- Royal Mail (Insured) Special Delivery is included in the purchase
price, is trackable, guaranteed NEXT DAY before midday and requires
a signature upon delivery.
- In person - you can arrange to collect your diamond from our offices
in Milton Keynes.

International Payment & Shipping Options
We accept the following payment method for International orders:
- Bank/Wire Transfer in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) or Pounds
Sterling (GBP).
- All major credit and debit cards, including Switch, Solo and
Electron (excluding those countries listed below).
Goods will only be shipped to cardholders confirmed address.
We ship Internationally using the following method:
- ParcelForce Worldwide - cost £40 extra and takes 3-4 days for
USA and 2 days to Europe

PLEASE TAKE NOTE, due to the volume of fraudsters of high value items:
- Under no circumstances do we accept payment by any other method
- We do not ship any item before we have cleared funds in our bank.
- We no longer accept credit card orders from the following countries:
Indonesia, Ukraine, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey,
Morocco, Vietnam, Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Israel, Iran, Cameroon,
Gambia and Ghana, sorry!
- We not use Escrow, as there are too many fraudulent escrow
services.
